Following my Crystal Clear microdermabrasion review I wanted to share my daily skincare routine with you all.
To give you a little bit of background, I had some acne when I was in my teens, and what were spots back then have now become scars. They’re not horribly bad, but I still dream of having baby-like skin. You can still dream about the perfect skin when you are in your mid-late twenties, can’t you?
I have oily to combination skin so I try to avoid oily products and go for oil free/ sensitive skin ones that at the same time help me get rid of the acne scars.
I’ve being wanting to buy dungarees for ages but I wasn’t brave enough. I’m more of a ‘basics girl’ but from time to time I go crazy and add something that stands out from my normal clothes. This month I couldn’t resist dungarees.
When I went shopping with the girls on Thursday night, I found the perfect pair and decided to welcome the Spring wearing my new dungarees.
Dungarees H&M | Black t-shirt GAP | Trainers H&M | Lipstick Starry-Eyed Rimmel | Sunglasses Alain Afflelou
I wore them for a family lunch on Sunday, the first day of Spring, and they were very comfy… I was a bit hungover and comfy was exactly what I needed while I spent the day eating.
I wanted to share my experience the first time I had the Crystal Clear Beauty with Oxygen facial, but I completely forgot to take some pictures so I couldn’t share a post without images. What’s a post with no images these days?
I had the Crystal Clear Beauty with Oxygen facial done twice at The Lanes Health & Beauty, in the heart of the South Lanes in Brighton.
I found this salon while browsing online for facials in Brighton as my friend Pippa and I wanted to treat ourselves to beat the January blues. The experience was amazing so I decided to repeat it last Friday.
I’ve also been very conscious about my acne scars lately and I’m doing all I can to help it go away. This treatment has definitely helped with this.
What is Crystal Clear Microdermabrasion & Oxygen treatment?
Crystal Clear microdermabrasion consists of fine crystals that gently resurfaces and exfoliates the skin, revitalising dull, dehydrated skin and treating fine lines and acne scars (my new obsession). The crystals encourage the formation of new collagen and elastin, firming the skin and boosting cellular renewal.
The Lanes Health & Beauty offer a 30 min treatment called ‘Crystal Clear Beauty Flash with Oxygen’ that costs £40. That’s the one I had the two times I’ve been and I’ll probably have it again.
The results are visible from the first session, although I need to say that as the weeks pass through I can see my acne scars getting better every day. I will share my skincare routine on a different post as I think it’s also helping with my acne scars too.
I’ve been feeling quite crafty lately. I’m always wanting to make super cute necklaces and I feel nicely satisfied when I have a pile of my own creations. It makes me feel good
I made this necklace for some of my friends this week and they all loved it!. It’s a simple necklace that doesn’t take long at all to make.
Today I want to share with you how to make this gold heart pendant necklace.
